Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Production Support for a 12+ month contract position located in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24 x 7 follow the sun support coverage and be responsible for providing day to day operational support for real-time banking applications for a Global Financial Institution


• Work through resolving issues and incidents that are related to the system or reported by business users, as well as support change and release activities


• Assist and work closely with technology and business partners to assist in risk, audit and regulatory activities


• Investigate and troubleshoot issues on the banking platform and associated applications, participate in incident bridges, ensuring all required individuals are on the call and are actively seeking to resolve the issue(s)
