Location: Spain - Naval Station Rota & Morón Air BaseECC is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) for upcoming work in Spain, supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base.Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain.

Three years of progressive work experience in a position directly related to health and safety

Five years of construction experience

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
