Job Description
Responsibilities - Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company policies
- Monitor work progress, quality standards, and resolve site issues promptly
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox meetings
- Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to the Project Manager
- Assist in materials planning, delivery coordination, and inventory control
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities when required
Requirements - Diploma or Certificate in M&E
- Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction / M&E / facilities)
