Job Description
Job Description - Supervise daily operations and lead on-site teams or subcontractors tomeet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work follows technical blueprints, design specifications, andquality standards.
- Implement and monitor strict health and safety policies to maintain ahazard-free work environment.
- Act as the primary link between the Project Manager, engineers, and workers;attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Maintain daily logs of work progress, equipment usage, and worker attendance.
Job Requirements - Related Diploma or Degree in a technical field (Engineering,Construction Management)
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in on-site supervision or a similar technicalrole.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, andproject schedules.
