Job Summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities - On-site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate direct labor to ensure smooth progress.
- Quality & Progress Control: Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with architectural/engineering drawings, BCA regulations, and project standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site; report and rectify any safety hazards immediately.
- Material Management: Check and manage incoming materials and equipment deliveries on-site.
- Site Records: Maintain accurate daily site logs, progress photos, and attendance records.
