Report site progress, delays, incidents, and work completion status to project management. Maintain site discipline, housekeeping, and compliance with workplace safety requirements. Job Requirements At least 2 years' experience as a site Supervisor at Construction Site Experience in the construction industry required. Experience in a leadership role recommended. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure. Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
