About the Role:

We’re looking for a capable and hands-on leader to manage day-to-day site operations. You’ll oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to spec.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in subdivisions and/or commercial civil site works

Strong track record in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role

Excellent knowledge of New Zealand construction standards and practices

Ability to manage resources, timelines, and on-site issues effectively

Strong communication and leadership skills
