The Field Operations Site Supervisor (Southwest Appalachia) serves as the lead onsite operator, responsible for overseeing the assembly, operation, and maintenance of wellsite sand equipment while ensuring the safe and efficient execution of frac sand delivery, inventory management, and team leadership. This role is both hands‐on and supervisory, providing direct leadership to Field Operators and serving as the primary onsite representative to customers. Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12‐hour shifts.
