Job Description - Supervise daily structural works at construction site.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress of formwork, rebar, concreting, and steel works.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Prepare daily progress and site reports.
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
- Support project schedule and timely completion of works.
- Report work progress to Site/Project Manager.
Qualifications - Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural works (Formwork, rebar etc.).
- Experience in supervising workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
