Job Description
Responsibilities - Planning and Scheduling
- Plan and schedule the works on site with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that works are efficiently and effectively executed.
- Prepare the necessary site schedules and programmes with various stakeholders and advise the project scheduler of changes, implications and improvements.
- Plan site utilization and utilities as required.
- Site Supervision and Coordination
- Conduct and minute daily coordination meeting with site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers to plan daily and forward‑looking activities.
- Manage and oversee daily operations on site.
- Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders.
- Safety Compliances
- Review, comment and approve on Method of Statements/Procedures (MOPs, MOSs), Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
