Responsibilities

• Coordinate the following billboard concerns but not limited to:
• Tree Trimming
• Special Execution
• Leakages
• Electrical Malfunctions or connections
• Manage the assigned billboard site area.
• Process government mandated permits for both new and old billboard sites.
• Ensure, process and document files related to site permit.
• Build and maintain strong positive relationship with site owners and with corresponding local government unit (LGU) representatives.
• Handle and manage complaints of site owner.
• Perform site visitation from time to time to ensure good condition of the site.
• Process renewal of contracts.
• Update site records in the system.
• On call when problem on site arises.
• Coordinate with contractors and site owners with regard to site related activities.
• Perform other related task from time to time.
