Job Description
- Manage daily administrative operations of the ski park
- Handle bookings, reservations, and customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, online)
- Coordinate scheduling for park sessions, instructors, and events
- Assist in sales processing, invoicing, and basic accounting records
- Maintain customer database and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support retail/admin tasks (equipment, merchandise, or POS coordination)
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, coaches, management) to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting
