Sletten Construction is looking for Skilled Laborers to support current construction projects in the state of
California. The Skilled Laborer is responsible for assisting the construction team by performing tasks involving
physical labor. Laborers may operate hand and power tools during construction projects. This is a position that is
pivotal to completing projects on time and within budget. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and
alcohol test. Must have a clean background with no recent felonies.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Cleaning and preparing sites for construction

+ Commercial flooring, painting, and framing

+ Patching and taping drywall

+ Concrete removal

+ Concrete pouring and finishing

+ Clean-up of site after construction

+ Assist other craft workers as needed
