**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Leads the quarterly zone/country Board meeting, overseeing the allocation of statutory and legal responsibilities to cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and People representatives, ensuring cohesive and compliant collaboration across the organization.
+ Leads the monthly Zone Leadership Team (ZLT) meeting, ensures effective decision-making across all business units, executes key initiatives and maintains a focus on organizational goals and performance metrics.
+ Serves as the primary Point of Contact for Enabling Functions, coordinating and aligning initiatives with local and market function leads to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-functional strategies across the organization.
+ Manages global project planning and delivery across Zones, collaborating with Region Leadership Team (LT) to ensure seamless execution, and achievement of project milestones within designated timelines and budgets.
