Progress towards industry exams would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities:

• Underwrite SME Package, Property Owners, Home, and Office risks.
• Assess and price risks in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Manage quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers to support growth and retention.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to product and business development initiatives.
