Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Sam Swope Care Center

Reports To: Nurse Leader

Status: Fulltime, Part-time, or PRN

Work Hours: As scheduled, may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Work Attire: Refer to Apparel Policy

Primary Purpose: The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with community policies and procedures and to assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.
