FAB Engineer 3

• Drive alignment and standardization across fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
• Develop metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability, and synchronization of the BKMs
• Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables
• Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage
• Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase adoption speed and capture ROI
• Use judgment and adapt to encourage and persuade others to adopt needed changes for successful implementation
• Constantly drive productivity and eliminate inefficiency through automation and AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on yield reports, developing business processes to optimize systems with clear roles and responsibilities
