Responsibilities

• Leading the full 360 recruitment process for talabat, including sourcing top talent from around the world.
• Partner with key stakeholders, leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes and metrics, while developing innovative ways to meet talabat's expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
• Report on recruitment activity to identify ways to improve the process and tell a story through data insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in 360 Recruitment with a strong background in technical & product candidate sourcing. Looking for a hunter that has handled core recruitment at a large scale.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles within the region.
• Experience sourcing engineering candidates from abroad using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
