Role: Social, Emotional, Mental Health Tutor

Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours,

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised 1:1 tutoring sessions to students with SEMH needs, ensuring engagement and progress in their learning.
Plan and deliver a practical, hands-on curriculum, incorporating vocational skills such as plastering, bricklaying, mechanics, or other trade-based activities to foster engagement and real-world learning.
Integrate multi-sensory approaches, music, creative activities, and sensory play to support learners’ individual needs.
Link core academic learning (e.g. literacy and numeracy) to practical, real-life applications to enhance motivation and understanding.
