Develop and execute content strategies for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories, interviews, day-in-the-life, etc). Craft content calendars and schedule posts across platforms. Track social media metrics, engagement, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with recruiters to produce recruitment-related content (e.g. success stories, tips, job highlights).
