- Develop content calendars that keep campaigns timely, relevant, and aligned with key launches and seasonal moments
- Write scroll-stopping captions, scripts, and copy that reflects the brand's tone and genuinely connects with the audience
- Build real community relationships by engaging meaningfully with followers — responding to comments and DMs with care and personality
