Extended Care Supervisor (Social Service Worker 16)
Location – St. Eleanor’s House, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Summerside
Full-Time Temporary (UPSE) Position
(Commencing Immediately until December 1, 2026 with Possible Extension)
This position is responsible for the operation of a 24-hour eight bed residential extended care facility for adult males. This position provides leadership and co-ordination in the planning, development, implementation and outcome monitoring for extended care clients. This position provides leadership and supervision to the staff of St. Eleanor’s House. The incumbent reports to the Manager Mental Health & Addictions Transitional Services and works in close partnership with other supervisors and staff within the Transitions.
