This is an exciting time to join Sandwell Metropolitan Brought Council Adult Social Care. We are currently looking to recruit an agency social worker on 37 hours into our Learning Disability/Autism Team.

Your new role

You will be expected to work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities/Autism and also have some knowledge of physical disabilities, people with profound &plex needs, carers and the widermunity. You will need to be confident in undertaking safeguarding investigations, mental capacity assessments, best interest decisions, carrying out oue-focused assessments, with support planning, to meet their care and support needs.You must be able to work with a diverse group of individuals and with our partner agencies to deliver the best oues for our customers who have a learning disability/Autism.You will be working in a friendly environment, with a skilled, diverse and supportive team.
