Part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.Uses a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.Carries out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.Includes duty responsibilities, requiring regular participation in duty rota.Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.
