By embedding innovative practice, we aim to make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities. We are looking for a Social Worker who is an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) to support us in delivering this vision and helping people achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home.
As a Social Worker (AMHP) on the Mental Health team you will lead on Mental Health Act assessments, make safe, lawful decisions to support people in mental health crisis, promote recovery, protect rights and deliver person‑centred support at times of greatest need.
