Summary The main duties of this position involve delivering social work services to PACT, GM, and Specialty clinics at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. The person in this role is responsible for providing outpatient social work services to Veterans who primarily receive their medical care in the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) clinic.
