Duties: Collaborate with product team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD functionalities, including case management, employee self-service portals, and automated workflows. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other systems and platforms as needed. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD applications/ Custom processes. Develop and implement various solutions for managing employee lifecycle events within ServiceNow.
