Job Scope
- Design, develop, and maintain IT solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Perform system testing, integration, and quality assurance to ensure robust performance.
- Support implementation activities, including user training and deployment.
- Package, deploy, install, and configure software applications, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with organizational standards.
- Attend to remedy cases, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely system support.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably with ERP applications or enterprise solutions.
