Key Responsibilities
Sustain and continuously improve current machine software.Develop and enhance software features based on customer requirements.Provide on-site software issue support and troubleshooting.Review and update user requirement documents and operation procedures.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and application teams to implement new hardware and software features.Develop software utilities to improve equipment setup and ease of operation.
