Your role

Role focused on software solution support , data-driven service deployment , and project collaboration for Customer Center clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and retain customers under software contracts (TechCover).
• Contribute to service contract development for installed solutions.
• Proactively deploy Data Driven Services and Smart Integrated Assembly (SIA) .
• Work with sales to define service support offers.
• Validate compatibility between Atlas Copco systems and tightening technologies.
• Integrate local developments with Atlas Copco tools.
• Manage requests and reporting via QCM and Spirit .
