Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced License Management Specialist responsible for centralised oversight, optimisation and governance of Cornerstone approved engineering software licenses across the global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Software License Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain a centralised and accurate inventory of all Cornerstone engineering software licences and related documents
  • Monitor, audit and validate software & licence usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance against vendor terms and agreements
  • Interpret licence entitlements, terms, and vendor contractual obligations
  • Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring, process improvements, and internal awareness, including conducting regular internal audits
