Job Description
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver client-facing software and document management solutions
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
- Act as the technical bridge between clients, stakeholders, and development teams
- Drive quality through code oversight, best practices, and performance standards
- Manage workload allocation, team performance, and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical challenges
- Support post-delivery processes including maintenance, SLAs, and continuous improvement
Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
