We are seeking a candidate to provide technical support (SQL Server) to the Operations team i.e.
Customer Service, with regards to any issues being faced by the Users/Clients related to our web application (HRMS) Candidates with experience only on MySQL , PL SQL , Postgres SQL shall not apply.
Responsibilities: Act as Frontline support team to resolve issues (Bug Fixing) in first instance.
If the issue requires intervention of the S/W Development team, they will assign the issue to them along with case details.
The candidate will be part of Operations team and will collaborate with S/W Development team on need basis.
The candidates will be required to work permanently in US Shift timings along with the Ops team in 5 PM to 5 AM window for 9 hours.
Candidates who are looking for purely Software development profile shall not apply.
Candidates will be required to sign a Service Agreement for 2 years.
