The AES Clean Energy Field Services Operations team is looking for a Solar Technician with troubleshooting experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take direct instruction from senior technicians, and demonstrate the ability to lead, train, and teach other Tech I's and apprentices. This role will be based on Kauai with regular inter‐island travel to attend to the sites' needs. Responsibilities Travel to distributed and utility‐scale solar and battery storage facilities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance. Perform other technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintaining a power facility. Coordinate and manage contractors engaged to support maintenance activities.
