Solar Electrical General Foreman
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an Solar Electrical General Foreman that will be responsible for coordinating crews, providing technical expertise, preparing, handling, and supplying materials for project teams. You will plan, organize and direct foreman and craft team members based on the project schedule as well as state and federal requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide shift supervision for the assembly/manufacturing team members
• Lead production team members with an intense focus on safety and quality while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal company policies
• Develop work instructions and cross-training plans
• Provide on-the-job training and lead by example
