The Solar O&M Sales Coach role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling operations, maintenance, and performance optimization services for solar PV assets. This position focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning long‐term service agreements that maximize system uptime, energy production, and asset value. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of solar PV systems, post‐installation lifecycle services, and consultative sales within the renewable energy or energy services market.
