**Job Title:** Assembler (Soldering)
**Shift:** 3rd Shift; 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Initial training on 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, for 90-100 days)
**Pay Rate:** $19.80/hr
**Job Description:**
The Assembler is responsible for performing a wide range of assembly and soldering operations on various products. While the duties outlined below represent the primary responsibilities of the role, additional assignments may be required depending on business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Execute diversified soldering operations, including torch and iron soldering.
+ Assemble a variety of products, involving numerous parts, close tolerances, and complex interrelated factors.
+ Operate all equipment necessary for product assembly.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics; use measurement instruments to verify parts meet quality specifications.
