The Opportunity
We are looking for corporate lawyers interested in joining a Tier 1‑accredited corporate structuring law team in the UK, based in London. This is a fast‑growth business with a varied and dynamic range of work, a strong international dimension and acting for some of the largest household‑name groups in the world.
To qualify for the role, the requirements are: - English law‑qualified corporate solicitor with between circa 2‑8 years PQE experience, some of which should have been gained in the UK in a private practice law business
