Solicitor (Employer’s Liability and Public Liability)

Location: Manchester

We are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join our ELPL team based in Manchester.

You will be working within a friendly, sociable and incredibly supportive team with additional opportunities for enhancing your business development skills with career progression opportunities. Duties

• A Personal Injury Solicitor dealing in pre and post litigation EL/PL Cases.
• Manage between 100-125 files at any one time
• Working to court deadlines
• Liaising and Reporting to insurers
• Ensuring limitations dates are met
• Witness Statements
• Letters of Instruction
• Reviewing medical reports
