- Planning and managing the Product Support team’s work effort

shooting and customer care, etc. 

[자격요건]
- 10+ years of experience in delivering or technical supporting with global business software solutions 
(ERP, CRM, BI and extensive knowledge of people tools) 
- Minimum 5 times of Solution Architect or Project Manager experiences 
- Previously worked on at least 1 software development project 
- 4+ years of technical presales experiences with software solutions
