The Role The Business Systems Solution Architect is a senior, hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing, improving, and scaling business systems architecture that supports Buckland’s clients, internal operations, and regulatory requirements.

The role translates complex business, operational, and compliance needs into clear, scalable, and supportable software and technical designs, enabling delivery teams to build resilient, production‑ready solutions.

While not a people manager, the Architect provides end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through release and elevates solution quality through technical rigor, consistent standards, strong documentation, and modern DevOps practices.
