Responsibilities - Act as a pre‑sales cybersecurity subject matter expert, supporting Channel Account Managers and MSP partners across Singapore.
- Confidently discuss cybersecurity architecture and posture, focusing on EDR, MDR, XDR solutions.
- Assess real‑world customer scenarios and map the most appropriate vendor solutions, explaining fit and trade‑offs.
