AWS Global Sales (AGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world‑class support is critical to customer success. Solutions Architects at Amazon Web Services (AWS) build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor. In this role, you will work with AWS customers and industry domain experts to create the architectures for solutions to Retail and Consumer Goods industry challenges, design and build those solutions, and refine and scale them in close partnership with AWS Professional Services, AWS Partners, and customers.
