Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and solution architecture development across data, cloud, AI-enabled transformation programmes spanning energy trading, wholesale electricity and gas markets, demand forecasting, customer operations, billing, etc.
• Review proposed changes for impact on the broader technology landscape and alignment with long-term strategy.
• Assess feasibility of requested functionality within current ecosystems (cloud, on-premises, middleware).
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritise IT initiatives balancing value, speed, and architectural integrity.
• Identify technical, data, or functional inconsistencies causing bottlenecks.
• Develop multiple solution blueprints (build vs. buy, cloud vs. modernisation) and analyse trade‑offs across cost, risk, and performance.
