As part of the Services organization, the Digital Forensics Engineer will be expected to deliver specialized digital forensic and investigation services within the Singapore Cellebrite Advanced Services lab and deploy Cellebrite solution services remotely or onsite. As this is a regional role, some travel may be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with internal & external customers.Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work on mobile and computer devices.Work to standard operating procedures in line with ISO 17025 accreditation.Prepare detailed reports and documentation.Record lab activity in the case management system in real-time.Deliver feedback to the lab management for quality process improvement.Respond to customer incidents and ...
