Sorting Plant Manager (MRF)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Supervises: Sorting Plant Managers, Maintenance Team, MRF Admin Support


Purpose of the Role:

  • The MRF Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and performance of the Material Recovery Facility operations. This includes optimizing waste processing efficiency, managing plant personnel and supervisors, ensuring equipment reliability, enforcing health and safety compliance, and contributing to the commercial success of the facility.
