About the Role

The role involves leading and contributing to MIPI SoundWire and SDCA standardization efforts, with a focus on architecture definition for audio codecs, speaker amplifiers, and audio subsystems across Qualcomm platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to MIPI SoundWire and SDCA standardization efforts, including active participation in SoundWire Working Group discussions, reviews, and proposals.
Drive SoundWire and SDCA architecture definition for audio codecs, speaker amplifiers, and audio subsystems across Qualcomm platforms.
Define and review SoundWire HW-SW interfaces, data/control flows, discovery, enumeration, synchronization, and power management.
Support end-to-end HW–SW system design, development, prototyping, validation, and commercialization of audio solutions.
Collaborate with internal algorithm, software, and platform teams to ensure robust, power-efficient, and scalable HW-SW implementations.
