About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Senior Executive to manage supplier contract material liability and ensure supply chain optimization and continuity with strategic contract management.

Impact You Will Make

• Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers for OEM/standard parts to support second‑source strategy, technology upgrades, and cost optimization.
• Manage assigned OEM/standard part suppliers, ensuring strong commercial, operational, and quality performance.
• Manage and negotiate long‑term agreements (LTAs), pricing agreements, MOQs, lead times, and stocking programs. Monitor supplier capacity, capability, and readiness, especially for long lead time or high‑mix parts.
• Drive continuous supplier improvement programs.
