Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Based primarily at our Harston kitchen, with the exciting opportunity to travel to a variety of locations when on event days. Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 5 days over 7 (rotas planned in advance) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with company standards, while maintaining consistency, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced catering environment. You will also play a key role in leading and supporting the kitchen team on event days across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional delivery.
