Job Title & Specialty Area: Sous Chef, Team Leader

Department: Food Services

Location: Dallas

Shift: Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 1030 pm rotating weekends. Based on business needs, occasional shifts from 530 pm to 2 am is required.
